How to delete your account

Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data. Please read carefully before proceeding.

If you no longer wish to use BrandKit CRM, you have two options:


✅ Cancel Your Subscription (Soft Exit)

If you just want to stop billing or take a break, you can pause or cancel your plan in Settings > Company Settings > Billing & Plans. Your workspace will remain available for 30 days before it’s archived.

What gets kept:

  • Account & workspace settings
  • Users and preferences
  • Data stored safely for 30 days in case you return

🗑️ Permanently delete your account

If you’d like to remove everything (including your company data), please contact support to begin the deletion process. This action is irreversible.

Important:

  • This will delete your jobs, leads, files, uploaded assets, and all company settings
  • This process is irreversible and may take up to 48 hours
  • You must be an Admin to request this action

To request deletion, please contact support through the help dialog.


🔁 Use the “Start Over” tool (Clean Reset)

If you just want to wipe your current data (but keep your company setup), we offer a Start Over option by removing the sample data.

This will:

  • Delete all jobs, leads, products, and other sample records.
  • Keep your company, team, branding, and user roles intact.

This is great for teams that want a clean slate after testing the app. You can find this option in the Quick Help menu (the '?' icon in the header).


💡 Pro Tip

  • Before exporting, we recommend exporting any data you wish to keep.
  • You can also archive instead of deleting to retain audit history.
