Automate your lead generation by embedding a customizable form directly on your website. Any submission will automatically create a new lead in your BrandKit CRM pipeline, with a permanent "Original Source" of "Contact Form" so you always know where it came from.

Finding and Customizing Your Form

Admins can configure the lead capture form by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings and select the Company Settings tab.
  2. Click on Lead Capture in the left-hand menu.

On this page, you'll find a live preview of your form and several powerful customization options:

  • Lead Assignment: Choose how new leads are assigned. You can leave them unassigned, randomly assign them to any "assignable" team member, or always assign them to a specific user.
  • Form Header: Change the title and subtitle of your form. You can use the placeholder {companyName} to automatically insert your company's name.
  • Form Fields: You have granular control over the fields. For fields like "Phone Number" or "Company Name," you can choose to either show or hide them, and also make them required or optional.
  • Accent Color: Pick a color for the submit button to match your website's branding.
  • Advanced Placeholders: You can even customize the placeholder text for each field to provide specific instructions to your visitors.

Embedding the Form on Your Website

Once you are happy with your form's appearance and fields, embedding it is simple:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Lead Capture settings page.
  2. Under the "Embed Code" section, you'll find an HTML snippet.
  3. Click the copy button to copy the code.
  4. Paste this code into the HTML of your website where you want the form to appear. It's designed to be responsive and will adapt to the width of its container.

💡 Pro Tip

The form preview on the settings page is fully functional. You can use it to test your new settings and see exactly how lead assignment works before embedding it on your live website.
