Managing Sample Requests

The Samples page acts as an automated to-do list, helping you keep track of all physical product samples that need to be sent to prospective clients. It ensures that you never forget to follow up on a potential order.
How It Works
This page is directly linked to your Leads pipeline. When you're managing a lead and you tick the "Organise Samples" checkbox in the lead's detail view, that lead will automatically appear on the Samples page.
Using the Samples List
The page presents a simple table with all active sample requests. Here’s what you can do:
- View Requests: See at a glance which company needs samples, the primary contact, and which team member is responsible for it.
- Mark as Sent: Once you've dispatched the samples, click the "Mark as Sent" button. This will cross the item off your list, visually indicating that the task is complete.
- Undo Action: If you mark an item as sent by mistake, you can easily click the "Undo" button to return it to the active list.
- Get More Context: Need to see the full details of the lead, like the shipping address or what specific products were requested? Simply click anywhere on the row to open the full Lead Detail dialog.
