The BrandKit CRM Quote Builder is designed to be flexible. Each quote is made up of one or more "groups," and each group can have a different pricing mode. This allows you to build simple or complex quotes depending on your client's needs.

The Three Group Modes

Single Product

This is the most straightforward mode, ideal for quoting a single product with a fixed quantity. It calculates a simple total based on quantity multiplied by the unit price.

Example: 50x Organic Tees with a one-colour print, plus a $25 freight charge.

Quantity Tiers

Use this mode to show clients the savings they get for ordering in bulk. It displays multiple price points for different quantities, encouraging larger orders.

Example: 25x tees at $9.00 each, 50x at $7.50 each, and 100x at $6.80 each.

Catalogue

This mode is designed to help your client choose from a curated selection of options. Instead of a traditional quote with totals, it presents products like an online store. The focus is on product comparison, not price calculation. The client can select the items they are interested in and submit their selection back to you.

Example: Present six different cap styles, all with the same embroidery, and let the client choose their preferred option.

⚠️ Important Rule for Catalogue Mode

To ensure a clean and simple experience for your client, Catalogue Mode cannot be mixed with other modes. If you set any group in a quote to Catalogue Mode, all other groups in that same quote will automatically be converted to Catalogue Mode as well.
