The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in, and it's designed to give you a powerful, high-level overview of your business activity at a glance.
Key Metric Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four key cards that summarize your most important metrics:
- Active Jobs: Shows the total number of jobs currently in your pipeline that are not yet Completed or Closed.
- New Leads: Displays how many new leads you've acquired in the last 7 days.
- Pipeline Value: An estimated total value of all your active jobs and open leads, giving you a forecast of potential revenue.
- Overdue Jobs: Highlights the number of jobs that have passed their due date and require immediate attention.
Leads by Source Chart
Below the main cards, the "Leads by Source" chart provides valuable insight into your marketing and sales channels.
This bar chart shows you exactly where your leads are coming from (e.g., Website, Referral, LinkedIn). Use this information to understand which channels are performing best and where to focus your marketing efforts.
💡 Pro Tip
Make a habit of checking your dashboard every morning. It’s the fastest way to get a pulse on your business and decide what your priorities are for the day.
