The Jobs pipeline gives you a visual, at-a-glance overview of all your orders. It's designed to help you track progress from the moment a new order is placed until it's delivered and closed.

The Kanban Board

Your primary view is a Kanban board, where each job is a movable card. This allows you to:

  • Visualize Your Workflow: See all jobs neatly organized into columns representing their current status (e.g., 'New Order', 'In Production', 'Shipped').
  • Update Status with Ease: Simply drag and drop a job card from one column to another to update its status instantly.
  • Identify Bottlenecks: Quickly spot where jobs are piling up, helping you manage resources more effectively.

The Job Detail View

Clicking on any job card opens a comprehensive detail view where all information about that job lives. This is your central hub for managing everything related to an order.

Job Detail View

Here's a breakdown of the sections:

  • Primary Fields: At the top, you can quickly set the Status, assign a Priority (Low, Medium, High), set the job's monetary Value, and add Tags for filtering.
  • Contacts: Manage the client and primary contact person for this job.
  • Products & Decoration: Specify which products are part of the job, their quantities, sizes, and all decoration details (e.g., embroidery placement, print colors).
  • Delivery Details: Add the shipping address, expected delivery date, and any courier tracking links.
  • Links & Attachments: Keep important links (like to a client's Google Drive folder) organized.
  • Notes: A space for any internal notes, special instructions, or comments from the client.
  • Checklist: Use pre-made templates or create a custom checklist to ensure no step is missed.
  • Activity Feed: Collaborate with your team by leaving comments and seeing a history of changes, all in one place.

💡 Pro Tip

You can edit the names of the status columns on the main Kanban board to perfectly match your team's workflow. Just click the three-dot menu on any column header.
