Importing Your Data from CSV

You can easily bring your existing data into BrandKit CRM using our CSV import tools. This is the fastest way to populate your account without manual data entry.
Where to Find the Importers
You can import data in three key areas:
- Products Page: Click the "Add Product" dropdown and choose "Import from CSV".
- Leads Page: Click the "Add" dropdown and choose "Import from CSV".
- Contacts Page: Click the "New Organisation" dropdown and choose "Import Clients from CSV" or "Import Suppliers from CSV".
For each importer, we recommend downloading our template file first. This shows you exactly which columns our system recognizes.
The Import Process
The import process follows three simple steps:
- 1. Upload: Select the CSV file you want to import.
- 2. Map Columns: Match the columns from your file to the corresponding fields in BrandKit CRM. For example, you can map a column named "ProductCode" in your file to the "SKU" field in the CRM. This step is crucial for ensuring your data goes to the right place.
- 3. Review & Confirm: We'll show you a preview of the first few rows of data based on your mapping. If everything looks correct, you can confirm the import.
💡 Pro Tip
Made a mistake? Don't worry. Every import is logged in Settings > Imports. You can view the history of all imports and revert any specific one, which will safely delete all the records created by that import without affecting any other data.
