Some BrandKit customers operate in highly competitive industries, including branded merchandise, uniforms and promotional products. We understand that they trust us with commercially sensitive information including customer lists, supplier relationships, pricing, margins, artwork and communications.
That trust is something we take seriously.
BrandKit is built around strict tenant isolation, role-based access controls and internal confidentiality obligations designed to ensure one customer's information is never available to another customer.
We do not access Customer Data to identify commercial opportunities, benchmark pricing, support another customer, or benefit any other business.
Access to Customer Data is permitted only where reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Assist a customer who has requested support
- Maintain or secure the platform
- Investigate abuse or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Where the customer has authorised access
Every person with authorised access to BrandKit production systems is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Our platform uses secure cloud infrastructure, managed authentication, encrypted storage and continuous monitoring designed to keep customer data protected and available.
AI you control
AI features are optional. Customer information is processed only when you choose to use an AI-powered feature.
We do not sell Customer Data for AI training, and we aim to use enterprise AI providers that do not train their general-purpose models on customer content submitted through BrandKit.
Note: AI-generated suggestions should always be reviewed by a person before use.
