What applies to you
The Customer Terms, Privacy & Data Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are BrandKit's standard documents. The Special Offer Terms apply only if BrandKit has given you a written special or custom offer. They do not add special-offer conditions to customers purchasing an ordinary public plan.
