Brandkit is engineered according to the ISO 27001 and 27002 frameworks* for information security management. We use a strict multi-tenant architecture. Every record in our system-from a simple contact to a complex production job-is tied to a unique *Company ID. This means that your data is logically separated from every other customer, ensuring that there is no "leakage" between workspaces.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Not everyone in your team needs access to everything. Brandkit uses a robust roles system to manage permissions:
Super Admins & Admins: Full control over the workspace, including high-level audit logs and team management.
Members: Active users who manage jobs and leads but cannot perform critical actions like deleting entire catalogs or modifying company-wide settings.
Your Data, Your Control
We believe in true data ownership. You can export your data at any time, and you have the power to archive or permanently delete your records. When you delete a record in Brandkit, we follow industry-standard practices to ensure it is handled according to your privacy settings, whether through a soft-delete (archiving) or a permanent hard-delete for administrative cleanup.
